There is also a £20 cost for the microchip registration (inclusive of VAT).
The minimum donation for dogs being rehomed in the UK from a previously failed adoption is £450. The minimum donation for cats is £200.
Our minimum age for adoption is 24.
The applicant must be the homeowner or named on the leasehold or tenancy agreement.
We are unable to consider homes with children under 5: with children of 5-10 we are only able to offer a puppy of under 6 months.
We are unable to consider flats/apartments for our dogs unless on the ground floor with DIRECT access to a secure garden.
We do not place dogs in homes with an unneutered resident dog unless this has not been done for medical reasons.
We are unable to consider homes where a member of the household is pregnant.
Adopting a rescue dog that may have been abused and mistreated can bring challenges but also special rewards. An adopted dog may well take time to adjust to their new home and often will need some form of basic behaviour training plus house training, the same as you would with any new puppy.
These rescue dogs are very special, which is why we take such care to match the needs of the dog as closely as possible to the ideal and forever home.
Please kindly fill out the questionnaire below, answering every question with as much detail as possible. Once we receive your completed form, you will be contacted by one of our Adoption Coordinators. A home check will also be arranged based on your post code and carried out by one of the independent volunteers. Many of our rescue dogs get a huge amount of applications and we can only home them once. If your application isn’t successful first time please keep checking on our Facebook group and website as there may be other beautiful dogs that you would be happy to give a home to.
We are all Volunteers, so please be understanding with our time limitations. Once your application is submitted we will do our best to get back to you within 10 days.
