Marta

Amazing , lovable pointer cross
This young lady has not had much luck in her short 3/4 years of life.
Given up by a family so spent a year at a not so good rescue where she was sold on to a hunter. As a previous pet we guess she had no idea how to hunt and does not have a prey drive so was dumped and picked up running in the road.
Her life at that time changed for the better and the hunter surrendered her to us - she is now in a Cyprus foster home where she has thrived and shown her personality.
Sadly black dogs are the hardest to rehome and we don't understand why there has been no interest in this beautiful girl.
Marta is a really loving girl, she loves a fuss but also loves to be able to run with her human. She would make the ideal running or walking companion and she has shown great recall and little prey drive so will come when called although does not stray far in front.
Marta needs a home where she can receive the exercise she needs but also get the love she craves.
She gets on fine with other dogs and is in foster with a few but also is happy on her own if she has her own human for company.
She weighs around 20Kg and her date of birth is estimated as September 2018
Please if you are looking for an active loving family dog consider adopting this girl
