Bright boy Hulio

Hulio is a stunning young dog with so much potential and love to give .
Originally from Cyprus, sadly Hulio grew up in a shelter spending almoxt two years in a kennel .The charity wanted to give this beautiful boy a chance to find his forever home and so flew him to a foster in the UK, currently living in the snowdonia area

Though shy at first , he loves people and is very loving and people focused. He's a smart boy who really enjoys learning new things . He absolutely loves to play , he's super toy and food motivated .He's been making huge progress with game based training .
He's a sensitive lad who can be worried by noises , traffic , new situations but with gentle reassurance and guidance , he is already starting to grow in confidence .
He's a medium to large size boy whos still a bit clumsy , not quite realising his size !so he is best living with people confident with interacting wit larger dogs .
Having spent most of his life in a shelter , where resources are scarce ,Hulio feels worried about being approached whilst eating so his new adopter would need to continue working on reassuring him his meals will not be stolen ! He can feel the same way with toys , offered him a switch for another or a tasty snack is helping him make progress .

Hulio is really good at settling , sleeps through the day between play sessions and sleeps through the night without issue .
He's houstrained , quiet and good with other dogs (although not a sharer!) And a joy to have around .He's doing really well with crate training , he's left on his own for 3 hrs and simply goes to sleep .
Hulio is looking for a home where there isn't a busy road outside so he can build his confidence around traffic and not feel overwhelmed .
With gentle , accommodating, compassionate people committed to continuing his positive reinforcement game based training to help him grow in his optimism
If there are other dogs , play and feeding will need to be kept separate to begin with while he learns to feel safe .
He would love a nice sized enclosed garden with space to run and play
His home will need a calm space where is can rest away from the household bustle. Cats are not advised .
If this boy had someone who was just willing to invest in him , he would give back with loyalty and love ten fold
