Lillia

Lillia is a special little girl that desperately needs your help 💔😓 she really breaks my heart and shelter environment is not a place for a girl like her.

Lillia was rescued from a hunter last March and has been in the shelter for a year now. She grew up since a puppy in a cage and is actually a wonder they kept this long.

She is a stunning girl with iuncredibly long ears. Lillia has done an incredible progress in the last year but she is still very shy. When she first came she would start shaking if we made eye contact. She would not walk on a lead. We kept carrying her in the playground every week. Now 12 months later we can put a lead on her and will walk nicely on her own to get to the playground, she actually gets excited to see us and go out. She chooses to stay close on us and loves sniffing around but she is still scared of human touch. At first she was scared to eat in our presence and would not get a treat from our hand. She now trusts to get a treat from our hands (she loves treats) but still not comfortable to stay for cuddles.

Lillia is a tiny girl (about 10-12kgs) although she may look bigger in the photos, she is about 3 years old and she is at a point where she needs to be in a home to help her build the confidence even more, shelter environment is not suitable for her.

She needs a special person to give her love and time, a home with another confident dog to help her build her confidence 🙏
