Petra - 1 Yr old mixed breed , Cyprus

Petra is the sweetest little girl who has lived virtually her entire life in a shelter having been dumped on the streets as a small puppy and taking to the pound
She's never known anything more than a shelter. Her little life has been so sad as a result 💔
She spends her days couped up with bigger dogs in a kennel , starved of attention and affection
The saddest thing is she's the sweetest girl whos worthy of a place in anyones home
She's wonderful with the other dogs even though she's over powered by many there
Always patient , waiting her turn for any opportunities for a little stroke or cuddles from a shelter worker of pass bys

Black mixed breed dogs like Petra constantly get overlooked eventhough they have so much to offer

Such a bright little button , so eager to please , to learn and to love ❤️
She's had some basic training and leash work and shown she adores that one to one that comes from being with a human companion
Petra is hugely trainable being treat motivated which always helps !
She's incredibly sweet and gentle around children so we think she'd make a marvellous family dog for families with children over 10 yrs old
She's not been cat tested however she can be cat tested for serious enquires .she can live in a multi dog household having lived in a large enclosure with many other dogs , boys and girls
We don't want Petra to have to live another day in the shelter , a baby girl who's known no different but deserves so much more
