💙🐾Meet Oscar – Your Future Best Friend!🐾💙

📍Currently in Cyprus, ready to fly to the UK

Oscar is a charming 13-month-old Border Collie mix who was found as a stray on the streets of Cyprus, spending his days scrounging for food. We aren't sure of Oscar's history, but can be sure that he is yet another dog failed by humans.

For the past 6 months, he has been living at the shelter where he has quickly become a favourite with everyone he meets.

Oscar is all about people!! He adores them, even after the way he was likely treated when he was a stray.

He is always eager to greet new people and soak up all the attention he can get. We need him out of the shelter environment ASAP, he deserves better.

With his high energy and playful spirit, Oscar needs a more stimulating environment than the shelter can provide. He longs for an active lifestyle and a loving home where he can thrive. At the shelter, Oscar spends his days sticking his head through the kennel bars, hoping for someone to notice him. He adores people and has a loyal and affectionate nature.

Oscar will be great as an only dog, as he prefers human companionship over other canine friends. However, he gets along well with female dogs and has shared his kennel space with several during his stay, seeing many come and go whilst he is left behind time and time again.

Oscar is looking for a home with a garden and an owner who understands the needs of a high-energy dog. He is incredibly smart and eager to please, making him a quick learner with the right training. Due to his energy levels, we recommend a home with children aged 10 and up.

Oscar is ready to travel to the UK as soon as his forever home is found.
Rescue back up by Stronger Together Animal Rescue (STAR), a UK-registered charity (registration number 1168941).

An adoption fee, travel fee, and home check apply.
