Sweet Sophie is being forgotten, please share so that she can have her forever home, she should not have to grow up in kennels. She is even very good with cats.
Meet dear Sophie is 7 months old crossbreed puppy, currently living in Cyprus Kennels and eagerly awaits her perfect family where she can truly show her loveable personality and thrive in a caring and supportive environment. She really is a lovely, sweet girl.
Sophie and her brother Sam had a sad start in life, at 8 weeks old they were dumped at a quarry with their siblings, 2 were killed by cars, found on the road and taken into Kennels. They were far too young and vulnerable to go into a Shelter so they were taken into kennels. They have flourished in the kennels and are now ready and old enough to fly to their forever homes.
Her ideal home would be with an active family, with a secure garden that has plenty of room for her to run around and play in. She will need to be homed with a resident dog to help build her confidence, she can live with either male or female, large or small active dog.
She exudes happiness and friendliness. While she can be a bit reserved initially with new people, this shy demeanor quickly transforms into an endearing charm. Her love for toys and food is evident, reflecting a sweet temperament that makes her a joy to be around. Regular walks and quality time with people are among her favourite activities, highlighting her sociable nature. She will require basic lead work and training when socialising with other dogs when out walking.
She gets along well with both dogs and cats,
She gets excited when anyone approaches her at the kennel. She will greet the person and is quite happy to receive hugs and cuddles.
Sophie is not housetrained and will benefit from gentle encouragement to go outside as she hasn’t had to instinctively signal her need to do so.
Being a puppy of 6 months, Sophie is yet to be neutered. Prospective adopters are requested to commit to this procedure when she reaches the appropriate age which your vet will guide you with.
In her search for her forever home, Sophie seeks patient and kind owners who can further nuture her confidence in new situations. Ideal for a household with children over 10 years old. Sophie will thrive in environments where she can enjoy a garden for playing in and having daily exercise.
