Meet Gregory ! 18 month old , mixed breed

Currently in Simba shelter , Nicosia , Cyprus

Gregory's story is a familiar one .Found wondering the streets as a young dog , brought into the shelter by council workers confused and bewildered , only too happy to have a good meal and somewhere to rest
But that was months ago , Gregory is still there , becoming a number on a kennel door , passed by for adoption all the time
And yet this phenomenal dog maintains a wonderful cheerful spirit ❤️
He exudes happiness , wearing a huge smile all the time , forever hopeful for some attention 💕

His days made when the volunteers come to help at the shelter! He adores the interaction he craves so badly and sadly gets so little of

Gregory main characteristics are , playful! , a little boisterous, of course ! he's a young boy!
Sweet , kind , loving, affectionate , active And energetic

Gregory shares his kennel space with other dogs well although we think he'd be better placed sharing his home with a more laid back girl
He's learnt some manners on the leash , his training will be an ongoing process though as expected
He loves to go out in the car ! Putting his head out of the window to take in all the sights and smells
His other favourite is to go for walks, it's important for Gregory to get out of his kennel to stretch his paws , he gets so sad when he has to go back

Gregory is looking for an active home where he can experience the big world on lots of interesting walks
A home that will continue his teaching and training .He's such a pleasure to train , clever , eager to please and very willing to do all he can for his human , even more so if you have a pocket full of tasty treats !

Gregory would be well suited to a home with an older calmer female dog to help him adjust to home life
A home with older children , over 10 yrs would be advised only because he can become over exuberant
We wouldn't expect Gregory would be best placed in a household with cats

This amazing kid has an incredible amount of love to give but no one to give it too 💔
The shelter team would like nothing better than to see him in a loving home who appreciates what a fabulous dog he is .His beautiful life is being wasted in a shelter kennel , that's no life for any dog
