Robin (currently in Cyprus)
Robin arrived in the shelter just after Christmas. Yet another intake from the dog warden, he had been found as a stray. It came as no shock that Robin didn’t have a microchip, and considering he was found in the middle of the Cyprus hunting season, we think he was probably a hunter-to-be who didn’t make the cut.
Robin is 13 months old adorable boy . He has such a sweet, loving and genuine personality, and he is always so keen to interact with new people who visit the shelter. He shares his kennel compound with seven other dogs of his size and he co-exists with them very well. Sometimes the more boisterous dogs in the group can be a little bit mean to Robin, as he’s more submissive, but he is well socialised and just turns away from any conflict. He could definitely live in a home with other dogs but he would much prefer pups who want to play and goof around with him.

Being a young and energetic hound breed , Robin is looking for a home based semi-rurally with an active family. He needs a home with direct access to a secure garden, and would absolutely love to go out for walks, runs, or maybe even cani-cross with an outdoorsy adopter. He’s getting used to being outside on the lead and doing well even though he can be a bit bewildered at the start, but he’s very trusting and eager to please, so picks up new things quite quickly.

Robin can fly to UK as soon a forever home will be offered.
