STAR terms and conditions

In the event where you can no longer care for the dog(s) or cat(s) you have adopted from us, you must without exception inform Stronger Together Animal Rescue immediately and the charity will arrange to find a suitable home. A little time should always be given to the charity until a new home is found. The dog or cat can NEVER BE REHOMED / SOLD / OR PROMOTED in any way by the adopting family. The dog ALWAYS remains the property of the charity.

I am fully aware that I am adopting a living creature that may not have a medical history and as such Stronger Together Animal Rescue (STAR), can not guarantee the health of the animal. (STAR will provide you with all the information and medical reports that have been brought to the charity’s attention by the local country vet and or rescue organisation). If this animal becomes ill, I certify that I am financially prepared to treat this animal at my own expense.

Please note: By signing the document you are agreeing to allow Stronger Together Animal Rescue to process your information as follows:  To prepare and process your adoption agreement, with all regulated requirements such as Home checks (based on your post code), Traces, Petlog, Microchip registration, Pet Insurance, transporters and Shelter Manager database

STAR take your privacy seriously and we will only use your personal data on this application in connection with processing your request for adopting one of our dogs or puppies. Further information on our data protection and privacy is contained in our Data Protection Policy and our Privacy and Cookies Policy
